看到 一個自動升級WordPress版本的外掛 – The InstantUpgrade plugin ,這篇文章, 試用之後真的超級好用的^^
1.先備份網站資料
2.到 這裡 下載 The InstantUpgrade plugin，啟動外掛
3.停用所有外掛，只留 The InstantUpgrade plugin 外掛
4.管理→InstantUpgrade
5.注意一下wp-admin,wp-includes,wp-config.php 要能有寫入權限。
6.按一下 Upgrade my wordpress! 就完成了,過程不用三分鐘喔^^
